At the Department of Geography at RWTH Aachen University, the Bachelor's degree program teaches the basic information of a modern education in geography. A specialization is possible at the end of the degree program.

The basics of a scientific and at the same time professional education in geography at RWTH Aachen include:

  • Economic Geography,
  • Cultural Geography (Urban- and Population Geography)
  • Methodical Training

Furthermore, the natural and technical-engineering scientific focus of RWTH Aachen University offers students the option of specializing in a wide variety of minor subjects.

A course-related professional practical training session has to be passed and a Bachelor's thesis has to be completed in the last term.
