Procedure

 

As soon as you have received an traineship, download the docket.

Depending on your field of work, please email the completed application form to the secretary's office of the respective professor.

The form will be signed by the professor. You will receive a scan, the original remains at the institute.

After your traineeship you hand in

• certificate of traineeship and
• traineeship report.

The professor looks at the traineeship report. If everything is in order and complete, the bottom part of the docket is signed and everything is mailed to the ZPA. You will be set in cc.
